Hi, I have a question. I reached platinum status in June of this year. My status will expire next June. My main account page shows the purchases needed and money left to maintain platinum status. What does this mean? Do my purchases now add up and allow me to remain at platinum status when my current platinum status expires next June? Will I get the welcome gift? I have always had problems with getting all the loyalty gifts I earned. I am currently platinum but slightly under the new spend threshold, if my status doesn't change until Feb. 2025, will I get a holiday gift this year? I understand why the company decided to increase the spend amounts but I don't think the new perks are worth it. I haven't utilized the master class or one of the one on one consultations, but I can't imagine myself needing or wanting them. Also, they have discontinued so many products that I actually would have kept buying, I don't see how I will get up to the platinum threshold. Imo they need to send out more samples. I will not spend $450 on a face cream unless I know that I love it! For me going forward, I think I will shop for my favorite Dior fragrances and products that I can get from the department stores when they have sales. 😮

Great video Fifi. What annoys me is yes now as a platinum member I get to choose two miniatures, however none of them are the new LCP Espirit perfumes. If you go and put something in your cart without logging in and then go to choose a miniature you can get a LCP Espirit. Why is that not available for platinum members anymore? Dior is playing us.

I totally know what you mean with some creators telling people to open multiple accounts but at the same time when Dior used to lock me out of my account often and randomly creating another account was tempting but I didn’t the whole ordeal was very frustrating I had to tell them in a customer satisfaction email to stop locking me out of my account and maybe I’ll shop more they stoped doing it so far. I also I’m frustrated that they changed the layout of their website I don’t see my wishlist anymore 😓

I have a question, if you’re maintaining your current status, that means you don’t get to have a Welcome gift for ur current status right? So you have to downgrade urself just to get the welcome gift? Meaning wait til the end of the status period.
