we got ours today after going through the demo for the vaccum as a free gift. we also got 4 samples for $45 and one free. We already love it. the sound we found is actually not to bad and it reminds me of white noise. Love Love the product
Some videos are saying this unit has a high/low function. From what I can tell it is just a toggle for on/off/light functions...Do some have high/low??
Mine seems louder than the one at the store. Why would that be? Does it have to do with the water level? I filled mine just to the water level line on the bowl, but you said you filled it over that line. How can I decrease the noise it makes?
Megan Kohtz What kind of noise does it make? Mine sometimes makes a vibrating sound that seems like it's caused by the top vibrating against the bowl. I usually just spin the top a little bit and it stops. Also, try putting less water inside the bowl - just a small amount under the line. Makes it sound different.
Usually, our customers state that the sound promotes a "white noise" effect, and actually aids most people in falling asleep faster, and staying asleep. :)
I was wondering if you could help me, my fan is stuck. I’ve tried turning it both clockwise and counter clockwise nothing. I’ve tried to pull off the deflector nothing. I was wondering if you can provide me with a suggestion. It’s filthy. I received it about 2 months ago, and have used it everyday/every other day since and would really like clean it. I don’t know if it helps in regards to model .. but my model looks the same I received it this year.
@@norractrebor9820 A living room is "a small room"? Its usually the largest room in the house! Athena asked "how many square feet". Maybe you might want to approximate?
@@bobhoskins9595 i would rather not, provide exact square footage as each house is a different layout. In my experience 1 rainbow can cover your house, and a rainmate only covers a room. Its more common to have one in the areas i provided. Thats my experience from a technician standpoint
@@norractrebor9820 Do you not realize that one person's mental picture of a room may be vastly different from someone else? What do you do if your unit stops working? Who do you call? Where do you send it for repairs?
Whats the purpose of filling the water bowl 1 inch above the factory fill line?
Is there a water line or do i fill it as much as. I think it needs
Just fill it up so it flows on to the floor. Do you really think they won't tell you how high to fill it? Really?
Thank you

@@williammendenhall6735 that's not an answer. a db rating at a set distance (like 1 meter) is useful.
