idk if im just not seeing it but i liked when it was clearly shown in the video what the target half budget is. i find myself doing mental math during the video which distracts me a bit from it. i'm only mentioning this because otherwise the editing is great

Is this Noarsy’s debut? Very solid and coherent work, great surprise with the shattering level complete screen, and very funny meme edits! You know you’ve watched a channel for too long when you see a couple frames of text and realize a new editor was hired simply because of the font, but I honestly love that every editor’s personality is allowed to shine through their own fonts. I hadn’t really thought of it this way before, but the dynamic between the editors is a truly special chemistry, and this team working with Tyler in particular is incredible. I can pretty much always follow what Tyler is saying, but I still really enjoy the visual explanations the crew give for his thought process, because I know not every can visualize Tyler’s thoughts in their heads (and no, I’m not claiming to be as smart as Tyler. I’m still stuck on world 3 of Baba Is You, I’m basically an idiot).
All in all, I love the chemistry every member of this team has with each other, including Tyler. It seems like an amazing small community to be a part of, and I’m glad the Patreon is popping off hard enough to get the editors the money they absolutely deserve for these incredible videos

tyler personifying bridges is something i want more of.
On that last level, making that right side support rigid was doomed to failure so long as there were two untuned hydraulics on the left side and a rigid road span.

When you added the brace to the right support on the last bridge, the two hydraulics that were locked into moving the bridge parallel to their node could no longer pivot to the right. You were essentially snapping the bridge in half by forcefully bending it.
Most people are disappointed with a forklift driver going underwater but we all know he had it coming

I am no bridge builder myself but I think that creating that longer flap (3 road lengths) was better design because you got less momentum force because it's pushing further from pivot point

On your last bridge, if you decreased the expansion on the right hand upper hydraulic by a few percent, you would have moved the bridge dramatically to the left like you wanted to.
For FR-08 you probably want to make the springs slightly compressed to counteract the gravity.
You can’t compress or expand springs manually in poly bridge 3, they changed it to remove spring cannons
Polybridge 3 removed control over spring compress/stretch. It's just springs
Edit: found a reddit post saying that someone's youtube video showed adjusting springs in pb3, but everything else seems to say it can't be done. It could be a custom mode only thing? I was honestly surprised how little I could find of people talking about pb3 online when I was looking to see if anyone else had a way to adjust springs.
@@benjaminwood8736 I guess you just need to slightly pre-rotate the section, which works, but sounds like a lot of tweaking.
I'm pretty sure it is still a feature, but it's not accessible in normal levels.

Sorry if I am being completely clueless, but does the bridge have to be intact in order to beat a level?
You're completely allowed to finish a level with a bridge that breaks, but your bridge will be marked with an asterisk on the leaderboard, separating it from the bridges that don't break.
On some levels it's cheaper to have a breaking design.
Most people try to go for no breaks, but nothing stops you from making a breaking bridge.
