Just to let everyone one know, where the jump was and the block flag, the lady that owned the house beside the bridge, carried tea, coffee and juice out to spectators all day, that’s why Donegal is special

He shouldn't of been racing in the first place, it's a high risk sport and with 5 kids he was very selfish to be racing! Shame on him leaving poor kids behind without a father, Not to mention he was in his 40's! Way to old and slow reactions for this sport

I did not know the man personally, but all I heard was 100% nice man. I knew of him. It was very sad. It could have happened to any rally driver, but very very sad it happened to him!!

RIP Manus, we were waiting on stage 2 on the Sunday and it was so sad when then the news broke, he always put on a great show!
Same here was getting hyped was disappointed but not as disappointed as some people are
#KenBlock. Thankyou for coming to Ireland and competing in the #Donegal International Rally. It was an incredible pleasure to meet you along with my young daughters at the meet & greet. They were "stoked" as you would say. Sadly the rally was cut short due to the death of Manus Kelly our current reigning triple champion. Thankyou for you're tribute at the end of the vt. Ireland is shell shocked at the sudden death of our "King of the Hills".

It was a huge pleasure to see Ken & Alex rallying in Donegal. In 2007 Seb Loeb came & said they were the best tarmac stages he had ever seen & now Ken came & said the same, we must be doing something right here in Donegal. Great weekend of rallying, a lot of battles all across the leaderboards, of course Manus Kelly's death has hit us hard in the Irish rally community but now he's up there rallying against the greats like Colin McRae & Richard Burns.
You don't need Loeb block or father Xmas to tell you tarmac rallying is Irish legendary stuff .
There's been so many men over the years if you followed it that put on a show ... Thanks to them , they know who they are and the ones not here won't be forgotten

what i have heard, most WRC drivers prefer Finland.
RBT I guess it depends on what kind of roads someone prefers.
One of the best countrys for sure. My top is Ireland or Spain for tarmac, finland or wales for gravel and sweden for snow

Manus was king of the hills in Donegal, a local hero. It was a very sad day to hear that such an inspirational figure was taken so soon from us, rest in peace ‘Mandy’ the rally world will never forget you ❤️
Great video best yet but I might be biased being Irish lol. Its a legend of a rally and has brought some of the greatest drivers. Very sad end to the rally this year as we lost one of the great Irish drivers. R.I.P. Manus Kelly you can join the legends now.

Ken, I'm from the Scottish Borders, in Scotland obviously, I highly recommend trying a few roads out across here, mainly the A7, that would be a great road for a Gymkhana track! Scenery is fantastic too and there is a lot of rally heritage here with the likes of Jim Clark and the JC Rally. Great video, loving the Cossie!

So glad you enjoyed you time experiencing to fun and excitement of the Irish Road Rallys in Donegal. Especially as you did it with limited testing. The rally community in Ireland do have a wonderful charm and passion. For me there is nothing better for entertainment than watching Mk2 Escorts screaming round a rally lanes. I'm am sorry too that you experience was tinged with sadness at the loss of a fellow competitor. I'm sure at always brings home the reality of just how challenging and frightening it can be at times.
