thing is if this game wants to be all realism then getting shot (in all fairness, not even a minute from the start, at first engagement..) would mean game over. Self proclaimed super duper gamers playing as bullet sponges is definitely immersion breaking at the very least

Plenty of even just patrol officers, not even SWAT officers have taken hits from firearms and stayed in the fight in some capacity or another, and there are plenty of police dept. bodycam videos that support this; adrenaline is a helluva drug. Obviously this depends where and the extent of the injury, and the more rounds the less chance of not being incapacitated, or killed, but one round and out is definitely not always the case. @@Sn4k3f1st

Ready or Not suspects are notorious for 1-2 shot'ing, while 180° flipping around.

People are so weak these times. Ptsd is a euphemism for "I have ego disorder so I like violence against other people even though I have plenty of fear myself. I do this to prove society how worthy I am, while I'm aware am I not even a tiny bit."
The only real reason for PTSD is if you are pounded by artillery, but it's like 50 years ago the last time an American had to face this.

People who say he’s bad at the game by getting shot so much clearly don’t know that the AI is confirmed to have a 1 millisecond reaction time, which is stupid because they can also pinpoint shoot you in the head through a wall and kill you instantly

Nah to get S rating no one can take damage. And you can not kill anyone, not even the enemies. I have a few of thoose.
@@sebastianasenlund3953 with the No mercy for Terro mod you can avoid that, which to me make more sens than being penalized because you had to use deadly force on a guy who refused to lay down his weapon
@@sebastianasenlund3953blatant misinformation, I have gotten S rank on 7 of the missions so far and was shot several times during each attempt. You and your team can take damage but as long as no one in your team goes down then you can still achieve an S rank.
I remember watching Spoony's playthrough of SWAT 4 when he reached the basement. What a way to cap off a level. Neat to see it recreated in RON.

this game is like you have 10k hr and will still gets one-tap headshotted by an NPC who smelled you are nearby and those who don't know will laugh at you for it.

He’s not saying he’s not getting shot or hit he just says he has 500 hours of using AI and gameplay mechanics. This is a game and in real life you won’t go with just 5 operators in this type of situation. Real SWAT would be using 20+ dudes this size building. Near impossible not to get shot with 5 guys
@@SkeleTonHammer Actual professionals press check before contact (Army, Iraq, 04). In game, he's probably verifying that he has the right mags loaded.
For starters, nothing wrong with mag checking, ever lol. Second, the game was notorious for not loading in selected ammo/mag types, still happens from time to time.@@SkeleTonHammer
@@voidwalker9223 Moreover the AI is kind of weird sometimes. At times they suddenly turn around 180° and shoot you right to the head. I don't think that people who don't play this game can really understand how difficult it can be.

A very enjoyable gameplay! I´m glad that you shared your style of play, so we can learn with eachother. This game should be more recognised, I really missed these type of games, and I still think that SWAT 4 is a masterpiece even today. I´m also doing some gameplay videos from Ready or Not, and I gotta be honest, It makes me a bit sad that nobody seems to care. I will keep doing them anyway, because this game really deserves it. Ai teammates is not brilliant, but in version 1.0 it is much better than before

Why are people so focus on him getting shot even though he's a 500+ hr player. The title isn't 500+ hr player, clear without being shot. Also as realistic this game is, being shot is effing realistic. He's not clearing a five room house. Wtf you people on, just watch the video and see his obvious skillful use of the AI and chill.

Taking damage with that many hours should tell you how hard this game is but also how hard it is being the police

the suspect in the game isnt realistic at all, there are mods that make them more realistic, the suspects have such a fast reaction time which wouldnt be possible in reallife.

@@Cashmere_Gaming Thats why afaik they have a system that randomizes suspects accuracy etc. but the reaction speed and accuracy etc. is sometimes still to fast and good, if you played the game you know that, you kick down a door and a suspect that wasnt looking at the door makes a 360 in like 1 ms and shoots you or suspects that shoot through the wall and give you a headshot etc.
@@eicoyt4266 i own the game, im not that good at it and apologize for the naive remark but my point to you and the point that im making is that being a police officer is always difficult because since they are responders they are always walking into the unknown. So while it may seem unrealistic that they have fast response times in real life any small thing like a footstep or a rattle from a gun part or a reflection even shadows can reveal your position when suspects are already on high alert. My point is that nothing is definite and can be calculated, we can assume police would have success majority of the time but police have also been injured or worse by less experienced foes.
This is really great and fun for me to watch. Learned a lot. Well done!

The day before 1.0. came out, I got to 80 hours. In one week of just playing during the evenings, I am now at 120. I love this game.

Lol you could have 1000 hours on this game. YOU WILL BE SHOT no matter what. AI respawns in different areas and have insane reflexes. This isnt like other games where AI takes time to stare at you before shooting. They'll shoot you through the doors, flank you etc. You arent going to win every gunfight handidly. You take some shots to the plate and keep going. You have to be hyper focused to live through a level. But I get people expect like one man army stuff. Trust me you have to be inhuman for that. 😂
That was professional, just one thing: You didn't check a couple doors for traps when calling the breach. That could have been bad.
I liked the fact you secured control over an area by blocking doors in the beginning. Few people actually do that and most have no idea how important that is in actual combat.
Too bad it's america and those doors and walls barely provide visual cover, so being shot trough walls by some tilted AI was a roulette spin there.

its sad to see the Suspect AI be so incredibly fast and unfair that everyone just spams their SWAT team to clear everything and essentially sacrifice them for every room. It's been months since launch, the devs have no excuse for this

On another note, i saw some ex seals or something play this game. They cleared the entire hospital without being hit once. Shows what experience does for you.

This is one of the most disturbing maps I have ever played.

Love this game very much. But one of the most annoying aspects is that how tanky the enemy AI and also how quick they are to shoot and how accurate they are. One time this ai shot me through a wall from 20 ft away. There overpowered, there is literally no way you can go through a level and not get hit.
i dont think he's bad at the game because he got shot. thats not necessarily the issue because its inevitable in this game. for 500 hours of cqb in this game, he should be better at the tactics. as soon as they entered the building he aimed his rifle at the back of his teammates head, and throughout the video he would do the same thing. knowing how to control the ai teammates properly takes less than an hour to become fluent with. this does not show a good representation of training cqb for "500 hours".

Don't know the map, but you can search bodycam on nexus mods to make the camera have this appearance. There are even some that are very realistic and even have the axon bodycam logos, just like the police.

I've tried greased palms 1290030 times in offline mode but failed. I was about to delete this game then I saw this video and gave it a last try and did the mission perfectly with no injuries to my teammates and me. That's why never give up even though I gave up doing maths. Love from Bangladesh.
