ans to q.no. 3 : legal research means go out to find evidence for your case. find out how police work, how court work, how govt. work
ans to q.no. 4 : criminology is understanding of the crime world and its measures.
ans to q.no. 5 : do crash course on 1-DV act, 2-pocso,3-SRA,4-forensic,5-CrPC,6-Evidence,7-JJ act,8-excise act
ans to q.no. 6 : never work for any advocate, go to file case with NHRC, SHRC, LOkayukta, Consumer commission, Women commission, DM office, RTI and contest your own
case.
I understand.work as a lone wolf.
But what about gaining experiences by working under an advocate during one's initial years before going independet?

Sir mai lllb final year ki student hu bt koi subject ache se nhi padh payi hu kuch online hua kuch ofline hua toh kuch tym faculty nhi the mai ache se nhi padh paya ab mai intenship kr rhi hu toh nhi argument samjh me aa rha nhi kuch or ye v nhi pta chl raha ki kis subject ko padhu or Kai agr aap help kr de toh mai apka Abhari rhugi apka video dekhne k baad mai ye soch rhi kafi tym se bt aaj aapne bola puchne k liye mai himmat krke puch rhi qki sare log bolta h faculty nhi padhye toh kya hua self study kro self study krne se bhot km samjh me aata hai agr Ap help kr de toh thank you sir

Which court is best for new lawyers to start their first practice? Means District Court, High Court, Supreme Court
Sir after 10th , I did diploma polytechnic (3 years) + b tech (3 years) so graduation sequence is 10+3+3 but BCI does not allowing it...even DU offical website eligibility criteria does not mentioned specific about this or i called them but their helpline number not picked up . I want to pursue llb program in DU, Please guide us.

Law is very good for professional carrier. But in present time may law ka Kon say feild may practice achaa hoyaa,
Matlab criminal and civil ko chor ka konsa feild ma practice pa well establishment milaga..like taxation, arbitration, corporate etc.

Agar hum delhi University se llb karte other state se aaker or then wahi par letigation karte hai toh matlab kitne saaal agar ache se sikhte hai or mehnat karte hai ache se toh kitna time hume lag jayega waha per settle hone mai ki hum ek average earning karni start karde jise with family delhi m adjust ho sakte hai..mera matlb proper earning se like 1/2 lakh per month how much time we take to earn this amount
