I still need to test the green cut at last growth stage - going to assume it can't be cut, but would be a nice feature if you could - maybe a mod down the track somewhere!
great vid mate been hanging for this one to see how much of a bonus there was. i work on these exact windrowers at work so its awesome to finally have them in the game a bit of an upgrade from the fs22 mod with the old case windrower.
It would be interesting to see the difference between a low bonus % field like that one was and the same field at 90 to 100% bonus.. because i presume that the approx. 25% extra crop would apply, but the difference in quantity would be higher because you are starting with a higher base.. not sure that made sense.. I know what I mean, and that is all that matters :P
I agree, a well established large farm could really see some benefits to doing this, smaller scale though the equipment/setup costs would outway the return
just all 3 of those fields into one so i will see what it will yield when harvest is ready and i am digging FSG's sim dash used it last night err morning
In my mine the extra fuel and vehicle and time u could be doing another field. Plus the price of another expensive equipment. It does not make $ sense to swath if u got a big farm ur going to have pay helper
Yeah, that was my thought as well, will take some time to be able to justify the extra time and equipment versus the yield bonus - would be interesting to try and quantify that return but not sure how!
I am getting a "field not found" error with the MacDon crop swathing head (not the mower) when using the AI worker. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
Damn, while it's not realistic at all, I still appreciate them trying to make the extra effort worth the time. Great test! Thanks!

Nice, always a blast to be able to use equipment both IRL and in game.
Thanks Argsy. Looks like Swathing is the way to go. Once you have the capital for the investment.
you nailed it, gotta spend money to make money!
Great video, super informative thanks man
you're welcome!

Great vid sir I think on large fields the yeild bonus is going to make a huge difference specially if your running multi machines on one field

It certainly was in FS22. Remarkable profit.
thanks!

nice work, those fields were certainly screaming out for a merge! Simdash looks great, nice to see it on ios!
wow that is a big difference think i do more swathing
certainly is - although the setup costs are higher, so need to take that in to account

Not something I've experienced sorry
