    One of the most common nagging injuries (or serious issues) we get from people needing our help is banged up, cranky and irritating shoulder issues. Although every person is an individual, which we put through an assessment, there is a checklist we go through with what to work on when we give exercises.

    Thoracic & Cervical Mobility
    Scapula
    Glenohumeral Joint
    If we can help a person improve those categories with specific drills then we can help improve a persons shoulder health which results in better performance in the gym and a better quality of life outside the gym.
