Love watching both of you having so much fun just “playing” with new skills, without the pressure of competition. And your experience and body awareness is the reason why you can pick up skills quickly. We need more and more people reminding us and kids that their sports journeys don’t have to peak at 16 or 20- you can still enjoy sports, sometimes even more, as an adult! (I am a dancer- started ballet in college, after doing mainly jazz & tap through high school. And 20+ years later, I’m still performing because I still love it!)

Sophia just consists of abs, bones, abs, organs and more abs. Crazy conditioning and not even trying to hit a BB comp (dehydration or so), just being in what looks to be everyday shape. Very inspiring, gets me and likely others motivated to hit the diet targets and do the training!

Can you guys do a challenge where you have to learn each others latest routines on floor and you only have hour and thirty minutes and you have to use a video learn it and I love you guys you both are my favourite gymnasts ever❤❤❤hope you see this I wish I could come but I am in Canada 🇨🇦
