Another great video. I think the difference between you and many other channels is how in depth you go explaining the item you are showing. well done

That hatchet looks like a great tool and it is good that it is made in the US. Great review, thanks

Thanks Case, I've had mine for a few years and its a great tool, i also use it for banging wedges and driving stakes for concrete forms. Take care

Great idea from estwing. It looks like a wedge with a handle.

This tool keeps me warm in the rigorous winters of Quebec’s Gaspé peninsula. I wouldn’t split all day long with it (I'd get a full-size maul for that), but it works wonders on birch logs (after having torn their bark off to use as fire starter😉).

That might make a handy little wedge banger.

i hate my smaller estwing hatchet but that one is similar to the og one i have and it works well. but my favorite is the hammer/ hatchet from the 60s

The small hatchet I sink into the piece of wood to show it getting stuck at 1:20 is an Estwing hatchet. I’ve had it for 30 years now I bet. The problem with most small hatchets is they are too lightweight and narrow a head to do much.

Nice tool. You should come to my place and take that tool with you. I got lots of wood that needs to be split. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋🎄🎄

I agree. I laughed out loud when I saw how easily this little guy busted them pieces apart!
