30 mil is his first bounty I think which is after Arlong park, the marines gave him 30 mil after arlong park by recognising him as a threat BECAUSE he defeated Alvida, Morgan, Buggy, Don Krieg and Arlong.
What about Katukuri? In my opinion he is one of the best One Piece antagonists and I wish he had representation in this video, but I kinda get why he ain’t in it. I mean my man was even on the thumbnail. Great video all things considered!

I always hoped that Luffy killed Arlong. I wouldnt be shocked. You cant name many enemies that Luffy BRUTALLY beat down unconscious, except for Kaido, who yall ALSO think is dead. Luffy beat Arlong to death then dropped a building on him😂
