    Why is theta moisture content at wetting is smaller than drying?

    During the immbibation of soil the contact angle is larger than the drainage.... correct statement?

    Sir heat of wetting and drying are not cause of hysteresis?

    • @ProfessorKukalSoilScienceClass
      @ProfessorKukalSoilScienceClass  4 года назад +1

      Rishab, this is very important point but I feel that instead of directly affecting the hysteresis process, it may affect the speed of drying process. I am not sure but this is what my mind says.

    • @ProfessorKukalSoilScienceClass
      @ProfessorKukalSoilScienceClass  3 года назад +1

      Dear Pratyush, I do not claim this to be the in-depth knowledge but I tried to make clear the concept of hysteresis among the audience and moreover, there is no end to knowledge, which gets increased every day. Regards.
