You should take down this video and upload new one with the correct flags. For Slovenia you have used a flag used during World War II by the collaborators with Germany. There's another correction missing, the proportions of the Turkish flag are quite wrong, I think the crescent should actually be much slimmer than in the video.
The dates of some flags are a lot older than the dates appearing in this video. The flags of Thailand and Costa Rica ARE NOT similar. Some of the flags have the opposite color design. (Ex.: Cuba and Puerto Rico.) Other flags with different color but same design: The flag of the Province of Quebec, Canada and the flag of Georgia. (Georgia, the country to the southeast of Ukraine, not the State of Georgia in USA)
The dates of several flags are not really wrong. They show the last modifications in the designs, some almost imperceptible. For example: although the current flag of Venezuela has existed since the 19th century, the last modification was made in 2006 (the direction of the horse's head within the flag).
Thai and Costa Rica ARE similar. exactly same design, the same five stripes, just blue and red are exchanged. Costa Rica normally comes along without the crest shown here.

They are listing the most recent date the flag, as displayed, became the official flag. So if it had one form and then was changed by the government and later restored to the original flag, the date listed is the date it was restored, not the date the original was created the first time. At least that is what I think is going on here. There probably are still errors.

I am Irish 🇮🇪 and way back in the 1980s I was walking along Embassy Row in Washington, DC, USA. Suddenly I saw a green, white and gold flag on a house. I was confused, because I had thought the Irish embassy to the US would be larger. Also, why was there a statue of an elephant in the garden? When I got closer I realized that the brass plaque on the gate said “Côte d'Ivoire”. That’s how I learnt that our flags were almost identical.
