I met him when I was at GLYNY in the 80’s and took pictures of the fashion show that he put on at - then called The Lesbian and Gay Community Services Center - the now named, The Center. I saw him every week and he was the most humble, kind and compassionate man. I NEVER EVER knew how famous he really was in NYC. He was ALWAYS approachable and always had time for me. He was the best possible friend that anyone could ever know. I have so many pictures of him that I am glad that I still have. He was such a gracious and humble human being.
It should be his Mother's property. She should be holding the copyright and licensing it if anything. I'm just grateful it's here. This episode of Jimmy Kimmel will never be aired again, in it's entirety or in any other form. And I can only pray they don't remove it from here.
