If Deku fights Tomura when he is in that state and wins. He would be very powerful. But Naruto and Team 7 defeated the Mother of all Chakra. Which is basically taking down a god. But if Tomura is the manifestation of pure evil, That is also considered god-level too. This whole power thing is a very heated debate. And to those who say Deku could clap Naruto in base or if Naruto can clap Deku in base. They're being biased towards their favorite anime and not thinking this through. Both at the max potential would be extremely powerful and would be very hard to analyze. The only thing able to beat the manifestation of pure evil is the manifestation of pure good. Deku would have to be quite literally the SYMBOL of peace. And carrying that title to the full extent would need a LOT of power. I don't think Naruto would stand that much..they have a bit of difference in power, but Deku has passed through many things, got hit by many things..Naruto has a sad story and he passed through a lot of things to get to his state..i watched both animes full, and i confirm in my opnion, that Deku would win by Strenght and Endurance, since his quirk is OP as hell and he could even resist a one-shot attack on the neck that would make him go unconcious..but nah..he didin't gave up even after that attack, and won the fight versus Gentle. Remember, this is my opnion.
