Reichsburg Cochem CASTLE in Germany!

On day 3 of my Europe River Cruise, I was able to explore the beautiful, quaint village of Cochem. Here, I was able to tour the grounds of my very first caste: Reichsburg. This castle is absolutely gorgeous and well-maintained, and sits high on a hill to look over the entire valley of the Moselle River. It was a bit hard to get decent footage on the quick-paced guided tour, but I was lucky to get some- as most castles I found out don't allow any filming or photography of any kind.

In my childhood I lived in Cochem-Cond and could see the castle from my bed through the window. My friend Rosemary from Mississippi said: living here is like living in a beautiful postcard.
