Unlike regular job boards, When a prospective employer submits a vacancy, the site should automatically generate 10 most suitable candidates based on criteria like Location/proximity, Qualification and suitability. Is it even possible? are there plugins that can solve this? Or would I have to write my own plugin to get that to happen? Your two cents will be much appreciated.
