To me something that needs to change the more sets come out, they should increase the daily missions reward from 4 hourglasses to 6.
Normally when people ask for stuff from this game it always comes off as a ridiculous want, but this? This i’d like to see

@kingleonidas2182 Lol I agree 😂 It would give you an automatic 1 extra pack every 2 days (basically) instead of every 3. Especially since new expansions are coming out even faster than before, the FTP crowd, or even the "I'll spend $20 on gold a month to open some packs" crowd, such as myself, will quickly get overwhelmed. To me, the TCG has gotten ridiculous, with all the RUclipsrs who go out and buy 100 booster boxes to open on live stream, leaving everyone else who are just playing for fun with nothing. TCG Pocket will quickly turn into that if they aren't careful, and don't throw up a few more advantages here and there. It will really start to feel like a cash grab.

@@knayvik Eventually they will have to "power creep" some of the features so the players don't feel so behind they quit playing completely. They will also have to increase the deck sizes from 20 to 25 cards soon with all the new cards.

@@roberteospeedwagon8178you been playing this game? They give you one 10 pack per new set on battle mode. It takes 3 days to get one pack via hour glass daily missions. You only get one pack per level up & get 2 free packs a day which can’t stack so it’s kinda rough I can’t lie. If the pull rates weren’t ridiculous it wouldn’t be that bad.
A2 did feel a bit incomplete, no Froslass, no babies (not counting Togepi and Riolu), no Arceus, and no Empoleon and Torterra ex.

@NolanKernaghan did you grind out the pve battles they give you over 10 free packs worth of hour glasses, I recommend saving hour glasses ahead of time
U not doin enough. I started last week, haven’t spent a dime and have some of the strongest decks in the meta. Do all your solo challenges, clear out your shop hourglasses, and play battles to level up. The problem is you. Gives you PLENTY to start with.

A2a is probably gonna be really small just like the celebi set, was able to get all the meta relevant cards in under a month as f2p and smart wonder picking
Dude this game is gonna have a life of like a year if they have that fast for the mini sets, ftp we can’t keep up and will drop the game, and powercreep will become so insane so quick the game will soon be totally different/unplayable

There’s always going to be 3 packs within a 3 month span. I’m glad because the game has not much else to do especially since I don’t like to battle much, just like collecting.
We enter a new format every 45days or so when they release new cards. I'm positive we will get a set with Espeon umbreon and sylveon. They are all missing and huge EARNERS gen 2 then the following card set will like be around black and white ear. Cuz they Looooooooooove the black and white story

tbh not big on the themed booster focusing on Gen 4, but there are a handful of conspicuously missing Pokemon from the Sinnoh dex.

I’m a f2p player, started last week, cleared out all of the solo challenges and shops. I have pleanty to start with and was able to collect like 700 cards. It wouldn’t be fun at all if the game handed out all the cards just for installing the damn game. It gives you pleanty to start with. Play the game more.

Was expecting A2a to drop in the middle of March, so a month and a half after A2's drop, which makes this release feel a bit too soon imo. The thing that's especially peculiar about this, is that we know the events leading up to Pokemon Day, and out of them, we only have one PvP Emblem event (the 45 wins one) but not the second one (the 5 winstreak one). If they've removed this entirely because of the player feedback, that's great! Just feels a bit weird that Genetic Apex and Mythical island get 2 pvp emblems and Spacetime Smackdown only gets one...
I hope there will be Lucario Ex for the next expansion. Even if I know the one we got now is a good supporter for fighting decks, I hope to see the real one
I think deoxys would be a good mini set with giratina EX in it like how celebi was in the mew pack

Ftp is the reason you have a meta to begin with. If people don't play a game it dies. Without ftp we wouldnt have a game to play.😂 (paying player).
If you want to see a hyper dominant p2p gacha game, look at any old gacha that's about to be canceled. And a bunch of already canceled gachas last legs. F2p is free to advertise and free to rope in whales. Free to forum generate. Free to content create and content watch. There's a reason these games are all ftp, it's free success for the game.
Let's be real, people can spend on this game how much they want but the major flaw in the game is that there isn't separate platforms where you get to battle without ex mons or higher rarity mons. I mean there should be roam for every player, right? I think the game clearly knows that but they just don't care (not even bothering to talk about trading scheme)
I agree with what you’re saying, but for now at least you can play private matches with the code noex to get games with no ex’s
About the trading scheme, the devs actually noticed the outcry and is trying to think of something that will make it easier for f2ps to trade
@@theadmiral4157 yeah I saw their response, it's great that they are listening to the community but from their response it looks like they are going to be rewarding tokens which is great but most necessarily, the token system for trading is very rigid which needs to be a bit more flexible rather than just rewarding few tokens.

I hope A2a is only 1 pack. 1 month isn't enough for most players to get the most relevant cards in A2. I don't want to start seeing a trend of people not being able to keep up without spending $100. But maybe that's the point, greed. 🤷♂️

It's not necessarily better to get content faster. Free 2 play players will have a harder time catching up with a meta that's moving too fast. I opened like 60 packs and barely got anything good, I'm already suffering from this
People saying it’s way too fast for F2P, I disagree. I haven’t spent any money at all, I’be not even been playing for a month and I had a meta celebi deck, and I’m halfway to a darkrai deck already. This game gives you a lot of hour glasses. If you saved every single hour glass until the end of February, you’ll be able to open 50-60 packs on day 1 of the new set, all while opening 60 packs for free through the month (2 packs per day x30 days =4.286 weeks 60 packs)
If you can’t build anything usable at that rate either A, you’re in the extreme minority for luck, or B, you just don’t know how to build a deck.
The people the pay for the game literally subsidizes it for f2p. Nobody wants to work for free. Idk why folks that are f2p complaining when the game is more than generous for everybody.
I don't think its soon at all. Im F2P and im staying caught up just fine tbh.
