Hey guys! I'm super excited to share this year's Easter basket video with you all! What's your favorite thing that I showed? If you need more gift ideas, check out my entire gift-giving playlist: ruclips.net/p/PL2ViP1vFsZeleUr4OFPxhPphKMW0cWXvv
@@kimberleylloyd9835 They get along really well and still love hanging out together. Of course, they also annoy each other sometimes but they never really fight about it.
I'm the baby of two myself with several health conditions ranging from type 1 diabetes to autistic spectrum disorder we used to get on ok with my brother but he broke my arm wrestling once
Dairy free treat ideas- 1. dark/black chocolate (e.g. Lindt dark chocolate Easter bunny or dark chocolate ester egg), 2. Peeps, 3. sour patch kids easter bunny shaped candy, 4. doisy & dam good eggs dark chocolate mini eggs, 5. Any candy that comes in an egg for Easter.
I love that your younger daughter is into nature and being outside! In an age of phones and technology, it's nice to see. I love birds as well, just did a 1000 puzzle of a songbird tree. I remember you gave her a songbird book to identify bird sounds in one of the videos and as an adult even I would enjoy that! Love watching the birds. I loved Spirited Away! Has your older one seen Kiki's Delivery Service? That is my favorite anime.
I have a pack of the crayola gel pens in my 11 year old daughters Easter basket too! They’re not ombré though I got them on clearance from Michael’s! I’m also putting in some of her favorite treats ramen cups, Mac and cheese and big box of cheezits. I found some Sally Hansen Easter. Nail polish at Walgreens on clearance over the summer! Found mystery lip gloss from dollar tree too.
I was excited to see your video be posted Becky and once again thank you for your amazing ideas, I really like the guinean pig shirt (too cute) and I think I'm gonna to get that projector too, for my daughter.
We put out our Easter videos at the same time I think! My kids are five and four tho so it’s a bit different! Lol! Love your videos as always! You have the best gift videos on RUclips!
I’m a vegan and thus don’t eat dairy. I highly recommended Enjoy Life Chocolate. It tastes very similar to real chocolate. My favorite would have to be the crispy rice bar.
Great gifts. I always love watching your gift videos. Can you share some more books your youngest likes please. I'm looking for books for next school year. Thank you for sharing.
Love it. As always 😉 and I’m the same way about making it even. I have to lay everything in front of me to make sure & then add or subtract items as I go 😜 my husband thinks I’m nuts 😆
My Mom tries to do that with the kids. We keep telling her it isn't a big deal. My daughter is 12 and knows the little ones get much more for $50 than she does. My older nephew, Anthony is 8 and is more excited for his baby brother to get things. Luke is 3 and will zero in on ONE thing and forget the rest of the stuff. Emma ends up buying for the boys and the boys like to add to hers and the 2 big kids want to buy the ENTIRETY of Amazon for Luke. I gave up with the Even Stevens. I try to make them look about the same fullness though. I am probably more nuts because I make baskets for my nephews.
Love the guinea pig shirt. My daughter is 25 now but we had a guinea for 9 years. There is a lady on Etsy that makes these felt guinea pigs they are so darn cute. You send a pic of your pig and she makes it. I love your baskets for each girl and their interests. Stay safe take care
Great baskets! I loved the bird bingo. My granddaughter is gluten and dairy free, so, instead of a chocolate bunny, she gets a giant rice crispy treat.
Some dark chocolate is dairy free normally the 70%+ cacao chocolate bars, you can order “twilight bars” they are pretty much vegan snickers. skittles are vegan, sour patch kids, Oreos are dairy free, I was vegan for 4 years so I hope that helps.
You always think of the best stuff. You can tell you put alot of thought into things they will actually use and enjoy. I may order one of those projectors for my oldest daughter. I have never seen anything like that. The bird bingo was very cute too. If you find dairy free chocolate please share in a vlog. My oldest is recently doing dairy free also
My son has a dairy allergy (among many others) and we like the Enjoy Life brand chocolate. My favorite is the ricemilk crunch (very similar to a crunch bar) and my son likes the dark chocolate bars. Around the holidays they have smaller individual sizes, which is great to always have on hand for a smaller treat (but they can be hard to find in the stores).
@@sarahfrancine3564 I've found it at Meijer, Amazon and Thrive Market (I'm sure other stores have them too). You can also order straight from their website as well. Most stores have an allergy section or gluten free section and that is where we find them not with the other candy in the store. I'm sure you already know this but sometimes on ingredient lists they will use different words for dairy (whey, casein etc). It's super annoying but Enjoy Life is all dairy free.
I’m glad Im not the only person who doesn’t fill a basket with dollar store crap for Easter! My kids are 16, 14, 8 and 7. I do themed baskets. This year the themes I am doing are Reading, Monster Hunter, and 2 Dragon Ball Z baskets. I like to get things my kids will actually use. Also, one of my birds is named Tango as well! He is a Sun Conure. His brothers name is Cash.
Yes, I completely agree with not just giving a bunch of junk. That's the last thing we need lying around the house! Lol Sun Conures are so beautiful! Do they make good pets?
@@aplacetonest mine are jerks. They will sit on my shoulder and they will take food from my hand as long as it’s not a green pellet because the green pellets are poison apparently. They are also LOUD! It’s physically painful when they scream on my shoulder. Green cheek conures make better pets. I have one named Charlie and he’s my baby. He will fly to my bedroom door and peck at it until I open it for him.
I am new here thought i would stop by your channel i really like watching your videos. I finally got my kids Easter basket video posted i even let them help me this year fill it and i left a few things out.
I’ve been thinking about getting one of those Star/galaxy projectors for my teen son’s room... it would kind of be for both him and his girlfriend since they practically live in there...lol.. I’m putting together an Easter basket for each of them... I like putting nice things in there...my son’s is Harry Potter themed..... he’s a big Harry Potter fan...
Do you have a video on how you store all of the things you purchase super early, like on a sale? I’d like to start doing that so that I have things on hand like you!
I showed it awhile back but I can't remember in which video. I have 8 bins at the very top of my closet to put things as I find them. They're out of the way when I don't need them and keep things hidden!
Look up some good vegan chocolates on Amazon. Thats where I get my chocolate. My 12 year old wanted all things sharks this year. The book she really wanted doesnt come out until her birthday in May so I found an older version on ebay. Its used but she wont care. Found another shark book hardcover thats like $35 for $8 and its in pristine condition. I only have 1 so I set a budget and whatever I can get in my budget. I got a shark plush which she needed another stuffed animal like she needed a hole in the foot...but its Easter and they are only young so long I guess. Once I get that stuff I fill with art supplies. My husband is debating a PADI course but diving is a big responsibility and she does not swim well. He was a professional diver in the USMC so I know he is hoping to get her into it. We also got her a new set of stuff for karate. So now they match except his belt is black and hers is still white. I find its harder the older she gets to shop for her. I ask her what she wants and she shrugs her shoulders. She wants a $50 shark behavior book but its so far above her reading level. I might buy it and stick it in there because I kind of want to read it. I also buy for my 2 nephews which is pretty easy. Books for the 8 year old and anything related to a cow or puppy for the 3 year old.
Love your Easter baskets!!! I have twin daughters who are 17 too. I am a sentimental momma, while my husband is always trying to move things along when it comes to fun "childish" things. How long do we do Easter baskets? What can we get away with? LOL!
I don’t know when I’ll stop but probably not until they move out. Of course, as they get older and closer to living out on their own I could always put practical things that they would need for a home or apartment. Lol
My kids got a Nintendo Switch for Christmas. My son will be 9yo on the 16th of this month. What are the popular games right now for kids on the Switch? I would like to get him a game or 2, but have no idea what good games are.
The first game she wanted was Minecraft. She also has really been liking the Yoshi game that we got her for Easter. My oldest likes all of the Zelda games and you can't go wrong with Mario Kart!
When I went vegan, I got sour patch kids and oreos (make sure they're the oreo brand) in my basket! Both are dairy free. Spicy doritos are also good if you want to go for a savory treat
