Thx for another great video. Really loved this one. All the original parts and the small details on the bike, like the stickers on the seatstay, the luggage carrier, rear fenderlight and "grip-shift". Amazing ❤️🙌 The scenery in Amsterdam was the perfect finish. Cause you passed a lot of stylish "vintage" bikes there as well. It must be like bike heaven there. 🤩🚲
Enjoyed your video immensely, thank you for sharing. I'm a Yorkshire denizen too. Recently found FIVE of these cycles; A BSA, Triumph, Shopper, Solitaire and one of the later bent tube versions in a lovely 'Pink Champagne' LOL. My (1978) Shopper is identical to your original; the (1980) 'Solitaire' is the same colour you chose. These two are like new! The others are also in good condition and don't need more than a lube job and wash. I've become obsessed with them and hope others will appreciate these fine utility cycles. The footage around Amsterdam was delightful, I could happily watch an entire video of that. Your technique and choice of music is super. You put the chain fish plate pointing the wrong direction and hitting the cotter-pins is a sure way to wreck the bottom bracket bearing races. Lovely all the way.
Professional restorer; Nice car-grade paint spraying facilities, after linishing half the tubing wall thickness away with the angle grinder. Then let’s grind off all the chrome from the rims before replacing it with rattle-can silver! Doesn’t know how to remove a Sturmey Archer sprocket, so laces the wheel with it still on😂.

I would have fired you when I saw you bashing the chain wheel with a hammer!
Lovely bike! I restored a Raleigh 22" H frame for my daughter about 15 years ago. It was made by Morrison's of New Zealand and it transpires that they had the franchise to sell Raleigh's in N.Z. I am assuming that yours is a 20" model, but will say that they look fantastic with a banana seat and short sissy bar and make the low-rider crowd drool here in Australia. Even better is a BSA 18". There used to be an annual race in N.Z. for Raleigh 22's, but the footage seems to be lost here on RUclips....
Love it. Never saw a bike like this before. Masterful restoration. Just beautiful.
Amazing job. Very skilful restoration. Well done.
That's a lovely job. Having done the Triumph version of the Twenty I recognise all of the steps and effort you've put in.
An interestingly unique bicycle in a uniquely amazing city for cycling. What an outstanding video!!!

I wish I could like this video more than once :)
Your a man of many talents Josh 😊
Lovely restoration. It looks better than new with the painted fenders. But why did you cut up the Raleigh 'heron head' cranks?
I couldn’t get the cotter pins out so they were stuck, which means I couldn’t get the bottom bracket out.
I love the mudguard refurbishing but plastic mudguards is my preferred way to go.
Nice restoration! Do you make te stickers yourself?
EBay!

My thoughts exactly.
Who’s a professional restorer?
I winced a lot watching this, but it was just a shagged old twenty which is now being ridden; you can't be mad about that.
Why didn’t you service the Sturmey Archer dynohub. Its a 30 min job
how do you get the fofks off these. Mine are seized
These came apart quite easily, have you tried heat and getting them in a vice?
Yikes! I couldn't watch you take an angle grinder to this lovely old bike. 😕
Тепло.
