Due to rampant and free flow of crores of government funds in the name of public works , our people (corrupt contractors/sub contractors) don't value even 5 crores for a school construction. Fund is never enough for those corrupt parasites of the state. These free flow of govt. fund needs to be checked, specially in education & health facilities.
Chowmein is the main CHOR who has 5000 acres of lands in Namsai district. Also check influx of refugees coming from Burma and China who are becoming STs and holding PRCs in many districts of AP. No check so far. Build a border fence with China and Burma bordered with Arunachal.
