UFC Noche had the guy who made El Tigre to do the poster and it was so sick.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they think it’s to gimmicky to take it up a notch like they have most likely comes down to being lazy a card poster is the least of there concerns so it’s probably thrown together rather quickly but they will say it’s gimmicky and how would any one take a fighter in a cape seriously

Posters were big in the 80’s and 90’s. If the marketing department were in a building, the poster department would be in the basement.
