    A lot of years ago, my coach ask to piggyback people and do sprints... it wasn't so easy do that but it was very useful. After 6 months of such training my performance was really better than before

      That's quite an interesting approach and fundamental is the same. Weight training, sleds and other ways to put on some extra weight while sprinting works great for power development 💪 gradually I will delve into it more
