I'm not sure if this comment is helpful (hope so!), but I find that the more time I've spent online over the years, the more I need people to get to the point quickly. I really hesitate to click on any video longer than 10 minutes. Watch your own behavior and see if you might do the same. ☺I think the most successful channels will usually be those who understand this. Of course there are some that must have long-form content, but it seems to be more and more a thing of the past.
