- This is the 2020 Itchy Boots Christmas Special. This year was crazy, bizarre, sad and I don't think it went the way any of us thought. It's time to bring some smiles to people faces, and have a fun day riding a motorcycle .. dressed as Santa!

You probably wont see this comment Noraly, because I'm behind on watching your videos. I still want to say how much you warmed my heart to watch this Christmas video. My wife passed away 11 years ago and worked in a nursing home for 35 years. What you did for those elderly folks would have brought her to tears. Thank you for being you, a true angel. Hope to be caught up on your videos by Christmas 2021. Safe travels sweet lady. I'll be watching.
I was sitting here all alone the 24th december not being able to see my family due to the fact that the world has gone crazy... and then you gave me the christmas spirit. I looked at the video, tears in my eyes and thinking...Wow, there's still hope for this world. Utrecht is so lucky to have you as a citizen. I know that each and every one of the recipients of the gifts will remember the day Santa arrived on her motorcycle to give them gifts. But it's become clear to me that the real magic of your work is YOU. Some people are blessed to be the light that shows a way to experience life. You could be demonstrating how to install a plumbing system or a radar antenna and your light would shine. You're simply a wonderful human being. I can't imagine how your parents could be more proud. Noraly for Dutch Good Will Ambassador at large! (Though, in truth, she already has the position.) I see that none have posted comments recently. Enough time has passed, such that we can all watch in anticipation of Christmas, 2021! I have lost track of how many times I’ve returned to this uplifting mini-drama. My wife is profoundly disinterested in my motorcycling, but we together watched Noraly’s exploits over several continents. It isn’t really about motorcycling, is it? No better example than this Christmas special. So hello to the Itchy Boots community, and to Noraly herself, from the US Rocky Mountains. I hope that I can do something as gracious this season. Even if it is overused, THIS is it: “inspirational.”

I think we are all facing our own “what-now” life crises right now, whether it’s work-related or family-related or health-related, due to the pandemic.
I think we have, at least I have, a feeling that time’s gotten distorted, because of all of this time that we have alone.
As we approach the end of a year that turned our world upside down, I hope you’ll find many quiet, still moments to relax and reflect.

We lived in a poor neighborhood. I was blessed to be able to buy gifts for my two kids. I also bought presents for neighbors so all the kids could play together with skates and bikes. Giving is better than receiving. Good to watch you in your happiness.
