I purchased 2 pillow tabby 18 2 years ago. I have used one of them once. Totally useless bags can't fit anything in them, but must confess they do look cute
Construction helps with organization, but is likely there to help it keep its shape. I find that the more my bags have going on inside, the less I have to stuff them when not in use to maintain a "like new" shape. Especially when they are not super structured bags.
I have a tabby 26 in the new version and I actually like the divider for organization because I see the tabby as a structured bag so I feel it works well for the type of bag that it is 🥰
The divider is part of the design for the tabby’s. I didn’t like it on the 18 but once I started using it more I realized why they add it. I’ve come to like it and it keeps the items in place so when you take your things out all your other items don’t come out with it.

I like the divider in the 26 probably because it’s a functional zip pocket but in the 20 it’s like why?! It’s already a tiny bag

I have the 20 but the latent leather one, I really need AND WANT the 26 black Tabby Pillow one 😂 ngl it looks really pretty and chic
I’ve been looking at both and I still just love the look of the original tabby 26! I don’t have one but I do have an 18 and I love it!
I have the pillow tabby in 20, and I honestly hate that divider. The already small space fits even less now because of it
