Salary hike of Different Employees || ଏହି କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଦରମା ବୃଦ୍ଧି || କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରୁ ଆସିଲା ବଡ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ

Here are some recent salary hikes for different employees in Odisha:
Anganwadi workers: The monthly salary for Anganwadi workers increased from ₹7,500 to ₹10,000, for Mini Anganwadi workers from ₹5,375 to ₹7,250, and for Anganwadi assistants from ₹3,750 to ₹5,000. These new salaries are effective from October 2023.
State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) workers: The DA for workers of State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) increased from 46% to 50%, effective from January 1, 2024.
Outsourced employees: The remuneration for outsourced employees increased by 25%. The state government also announced other measures, such as grievance redressal, timely payment, and remuneration based on experience.
State government employees: The DA for state government employees increased from 50% to 53%, effective from July 1, 2024.
Unskilled laborers: The daily wage for unskilled laborers increased from ₹352 to ₹450.
Semi-skilled workers: The daily wage for semi-skilled workers increased from ₹392 to ₹500.
