Just my analysis and I will sound critical. It isn't intended to be critical. But aren't many Legislators, Juris Prudence, etc, lawyers or former lawyers? If so then we can assume that many are responsible for the guidelines on the books for estate and Medicare/Medicaid planning. If true then we have lawyers that have solutions to the problems that they are responsible for creating. Just an analysis. But to the topic, thanks for the information on the subject. Knowledge is power and many boomers need power to navigate the uncertain river full of shark and alligator.
