It's the body proportions that will make me always buy the Inart version over the equivalent Hot Toys figure. I would have paid $340 shipped for the sculpted Hot Toys figure. But I opted for the sculpted Inart Batman for $380 shipped. The better material choices and proportions make it worth the extra $40 for me.
I have the hot toys Batman deluxe with the Bat-signal & its accuracy is incredible. Looks like a real person in the collection. Tough to pass by it without spending a minute or two appreciating all the details every time
Great review Will! Very much looking forward to getting this figure in hand! Just fyi, there’s a plastic protector on the screen of the bat computer that can be removed. That’s why it looked all bubbly when you looked at it. That’s only the protector, it looks perfect once removed.
Nice video and in-depth review as always! Still debating if I should keep the preorder or not. Don't understand why they couldn't put a thin layer of metal under the display stand for the magnet.
Inart looks great but, I just don’t like the cowled sculpt. I think hot toys got the likeness under the mask better but, still looking forward to getting the inart batman.
@@WillFoxification I’ll have to keep my eye out I have the hot toys version but i genuinely love that movie so much I would love to get both Bruce and Batman
Great review vid Will! I did not get this one but it looks so awesome! Thank you for putting this together and keep up with the great content! Strong work brother!!!
I know they’re going with two of the same characters in different outfits but I think with this for me anyway it should’ve been a Cat/Bat two pack as I could care less about a Bruce Wayne whole figure
Short, sweet, and straight to the point review. Good job Will! Both figures have their place in the collector community as they target audiences with different wallet sizes. In terms of value HT is a very nice pick. Please do a comparison video. I’d prefer you to address articulation as it’s a big concern of mine.
Happy to hear the head is easier to put on than the Joker. I got that 2 pack a few weeks ago and holy shit was it difficult to put those on. 0 wiggle room because of the shirt collar. For the GOATman, I ordered the InArt standard edition because he'll wear the cowl and I'd rather save that bit of money. Can't wait for mine to arrive from OSK.
Damn. Where can i get one now. Have you seen the new hot toys batman armory photos. Probably should just wait for inart. Also now inart ben affleck should too
Awesome job as usual, bro 🤘🏻 Both figures are legit with minor problems in my account, but Inart continues to roll like a rockstar. Here's to collecting 👊🏻👊🏻
Oh mannn dope you have the figure Will! I will say that the hair on the Bruce Wayne looks pretty bad; im glad im fully skipping out on that one. The hair looks much better on the Batman figure for sure. Though you would think the Batman needs the crazy hair and Bruce needs the better combed version tho
Thanks for the feedback bro! I will say the hair can be styled to your liking, so if you think it looks bad here, you can always put your own spin on it!
@@WillFoxification interesting. Do u need do futz with this out of the box? I didnt need to do that for my Joker when i got it. What made you needing to style it?
Inart looks to have higher quality materials, while the HT version looks more screen accurate (Pattison has a trunk, not a V-tapered superhero torso, the head looks too small on the Inart, as Pattison has a famously large noggin). I'll finalize that opinion once my Inart Batman arrives. Comparing them to each other is kind of a moot point. What you should've compared them to stills from the film to see which interpretation is more accurate. Solid work bro...!
Mid unboxing and review. 😉 Kidding of course. Congratulations and thank you for the great video, everything looks great. Interesting points and constructive criticism. Definitely enjoyed the Batbook pro word play. Congratulations to everyone who is getting either version.🤘🦇
Great review. However I’m not digging the rooted hair as I think short hair looks like a wig. Certainly not on the same level as something like Gandalf.
InArt definitely does great quality tailoring and the sculpts are amazing too but the rooted hair is terrible imo. Spraying water on it looks like it just causes hair strands to stick out over time, seems like a bad idea and seem like you'll end up diluting whatever product they have in it. Like real hair spraying water on it and leaving it to air dry won't do any favours. No matter what "styling" you do it won't look as good as what the company does. There's a reason they use products in it to style it and advise it come pre styles and should require minimal adjustment, not water. I dread to think what the rooted hair on hot toys artisan line will end up looking like over time. The sculpted mask on the figure looks amazing though, well done InArt.
That's fair! The spray bottle is something that has been recommended to me by Justin and in InArt videos they recommend using small amounts of water on the headsculpts for styling purposes. We'll see over time!
The InArt head sculpt is pretty close to the size of a shelled pistachio. Not impressed with this figure but what a great effort. Both Hot Toys and InArt have their shortcomings and have room for improvement. ✌🏽
Oh, so OSK and InArt are actually shipping these then? But it seems like they're still only being shipped to reviewers... Getting sick of InArt doing this..
@@WillFoxification but with the greatest of respect, we have had multiple reviews from big name reviewers now. We no longer really care what any other reviewers think, we just want our figures. The fact we have reviews left, right and centre is great but to then have to wait MONTHS after is stupid. Let’s hope they change this in the future, send 5-10 big name reviewers a figure sure, but not delay the whole process months for it.
@@Illusion_Entity Totally understand and respect that! With past figures, all reviewers were sent the figures at the same time. Now though, Justin, Jedha, and the HK reviewers get them first. From what i remember, the movie was long and dark. Maybe i should rephrase that. While it did not light up my world, i did not dislike it either. Fact is, looking back, i do not remember much of it, although i do remember thinking it lacked enough Catwoman. InArt have done wonders with the figure.
