***CORRECTION*** Once you place your object half off the page you CANNOT resize it if you want your pattern to be seamless! You can move it around but if you resize it, you will need to go back and place it half off the page again. Sorry about that. Please reach out with any questions! ❤
There's not an "attach" feature but you can lock the design so nothing moves when you click on it. There's a little lock icon at the top of every page.
Will all due respect, have a question, are you Canvas owner? I ask bc you refer Canvas a lot, recommend, but what if we only have Cricut design space? I know Canva is advertised as free, but really free is not good, is limited and I already pay for DS also CF member. Would you say best to just pay for CF and Canvas? Sorry didnt have a private way to ask.
Very cute! Curious about the difference between the truck in the downloaded design to the uploaded design. When you were making the design and started resizing the trucks they looked like they would no longer repeat seamlessly but when you uploaded it back to Canva it lined up and the trucks were in different positions. Is there a step missing at all or is it two different files?
I love that you noticed that! I meant to go in and add a comment with the correction for that last night but it was late and I was just hoping to get it in this morning before anyone noticed LOL. You didn't miss a step, I made a mistake! Once you put your object half off the page you cannot resize it. You can move it around wherever you may want it but you cannot resize it. If you resize it, you'll need to go back and place it half off the page and repeat on the other side again.
HELPPP PLEASE Can someone help me out with this …how to avoid the extra big stripes in the pattern when placing seamless patterns with stripes on pants
Hi! You'll want to make sure your stripes are moved to be half way off the page in either direction (top and bottom or right and left depending on how you're placing them) and also use the "tidy up" feature to make sure everything is evenly spaced.

Think I am going to have to invest in Canva
Is it possible to create a seamless pattern in an 8.5 x 11 size?
Sure! You do it the exact same way with whatever size document you want.
wow it's beautiful
Thank you!
I grouped all of the images together but how do you attach them to the background?
