I recently just found your channel and I have to say I love your content! I've struggled with PTSD, depression, and anxiety for over 20 years and have been in therapy since I was 10 (I'm 30 now). Music and the arts have been a literal life-saver when it comes to processing and managing my mental and emotional health, so your videos are especially interesting to me! I'm curious if you have ever heard of Clayton Jennings and his content. His videos are kind of a slam poetry/rap mix and many of them tackle mental health issues and difficult topics. Some of my personal favorites of his videos are "Dear Anxiety" and "We All Struggle". I think you would probably like them and would make interesting content for your channel. You've got a new fan and subscriber! Happy holidays~
Section 8 is a low income housing program that helps pay rent and bills for people in poverty I was so grateful when my mom was granted section 8 growing up
you should react to Aesop Rock - Shrunk (Official Video) as it would give you something topical to talk about. It is a cynical perspective of the therapy and i think would be really nice for your channel. First verse is filling out paperwork. Second verse is sitting in the waiting room. Third verse is therapy.
He said “paid cash and I ain’t post the crib” so no one would know where the house was with no easy documentation of which house he bought. That’s why he followed with the line about not letting people know where his momma lives👍🏻
I love your videos, man! I haven't seen them in a while, I've been dealing with CPS bullcrap. I was wondering if you could do a video surrounding how anger is essential for healing traumas. The CPS case was the biggest trauma I've ever gone through and I have dissociative identity disorder from past traumas. Specifically, if you could do "Fight Back" by NEFFEX because it's the best pump-up song I've ever listened to and fuels me on a deep level. Thanks!
Child Protective Services are never the bad person, nor the enemy. CPS is only the enemy of terrible parents who cannot support or take care of their kids. CPS would have saved my entire childhood from a lifetime of immense pain and trauma if I didn't listen to my mother, and I didn't lie to them like she told us kids to do so. I dislike anyone who says CPS is an enemy or out to get them. No, CPS is making sure you are taking care of your children, or they will do it themselves. Becoming a Ward Of The State is one of the best things that can happen to a child with horrible parents. That means the state takes care of you until you are 21 years old. They will even provide your children with rent-free housing until 21 years old.
