an assignment: patience and frustration

hi. this is part of an assignment i had to submit for one of my dance classes at school. i thought i'd post it here as well :)

An excerpt from my paper:
Patience and frustration. These two emotional responses have the ability to go hand-in-hand. As I’ve grown more frustrated, I’ve worked hard to extend my patience. It’s a challenging concept, yet I’ve felt myself learning to go from a frame of frustration to a frame of patience. Patience with not only others but also myself. A certain “piece of advice” many people around me recently have given me is to allow myself grace and patience. There are some things that time will heal, and there’s no need to try and speed up that process.
