They’ve tried so many combinations, Thrun and Rutta, Thompson and Rutta, now Muk and Rutta if it doesn’t pan out I really hope they see who the common denominator is 🤦🏻♂️
Hoping we get our D solid enough to bring Askarov up. Grier is doing fantastic stuff. Hoping Smith can find that rhythm, its def in him. Thornton w Celi, Marleau w Smith, i mean its GENIUS. Perfect matches. Promising future. BUT HERES THE GHOST IN THE ROOM ............ COUTURE. ? Hes not even part of any media, story and current status is gray area at best. I know he still pitches in w the team, BUT I WANT AN UPDATE, FROM HIM, NO JIBBERISH ANSWERS. ... Pickles? Hello? Are you there? Imagine this team w at least Couture back. 🦈
Two first-game Sharks, and don't forget a second-game Shark, fellow ex-Av Kovalenko. And the projected lines? Eklund on the 4th line? I know Coach W wasn't happy with the "Lund" line in the last game, but 4th...?
I'm not happy with it either, but he'll move up the lineup as the game goes on, I guess. Realistically, though, the Eklund-Celebrini-Zetterlund line should not have been broken up in the first place. 72-71-20 have been a damn good line
@@ponyboy9765 There has been speculation that Eklund is sulking after not being on the 4Nations roster. I know he's young, but that's a bit of a stretch...
Look I like the future of the Sharks but let’s pump the breaks a little until they stabilize the blue line. Sam Dickinson is certainly a special talent but from I’ve seen of him he’s understandably raw especially some of his decision making. I’m not trying to be a downer but personally I think one more high level draft and about a year and a half of development and we’ll begin to see the makings of a contender.
I really do not get the logic in hockey when it comes to goalies. If Askarov is so promising why has he been stuck in development purgatory? Let the boy start
It's 2 reasons. If he plays less then 30 games then he still qualifies as a restricted free agent when his extension ends. 2 were not good defensively and dont want to destroy his confidence. Also if he is as good as he's expected to be hell cause the sharks to win more games then expected causing them to miss the lottery
‘26 - ‘27 season they will be in the playoff hunt. Dickinson will be on the big club and Celebrini will be one of the top 5 players in the NHL, at the ripe age of 20 years old.
@@Flypcyde81 it’s just the definition difference, for me they are making noise already cuz they are fun to watch and few coaches from other teams have been admitting that it’s hard to play against them! Plus Celebrini effect! So I dunno what are you watching and what is noise for you))) I’m not saying they are playoff team just yet though
Definition of noise is different for some of us. They are so much more fun to watch, and are being talked about across the NHL thanks to Celly. So, I consider that some very positive noise. As far as standings noise? Oh yeah you're totally right 😅😂
Well Kovalenko seems to be fitting in
Grier is killing it
Right? 3 apples tonight. Get after it, Kovi!
100%. arguably #1 star if celebrini doesnt score two in blues game.
Hopefully Shak isn't dragged down too much by the anchor of playing with Rutta.

@@SupremeFallacy1776 yes rutta stays and the rest shuffle. thompson needs more ice time, he's hungry.
Askarov has already been called up gang.
He’ll get more games until the TDL and we move one of our starters.
Super excited to see Muk tonight.
Go Sharks go!! 🤘

Yeah I had to do a double take at those lines. It feels like Warso is really hard on Eklund when he’s one of their best players.

Technically it's two second-game Sharks and one first-game Shark. Even if he didn't get in the game, Georgiev was in the lineup against Carolina.
Let’s go Sharks
The next sneaky move they need to make is getting someone with some experience and proven success behind the bench.

@@tomdolan9761 it's Schaefer Season
So the Sharks will handicap Shakir by pairing him with Rutta, the worst d-man in the organization. Sink or swim...
He’s with Rutta because he can move the puck. Walman and Ceci has been solid and putting Ferraro with Rutta has no puck moving Dman on the 3rd pair.
Shak actually made Rutta look good last night. The kid is a beast!
Thank God you aren't the GM
