Ah exhaust breakdown is a nightmare!! Mine broke about 6 months ago during lunch service and it happened to be during a heatwave! My kitchen was full of smoke for 2 days till the replacement motor arrived! Looks amazing as always chef!
We are lucky that we are located in an office building, and the air-conditioning is still available. That broke down last year, and it was boiling hot outside, that was a real nightmare 👌😀👍

Or why he does not charge anyone, and explain the menu to the clients. Do they pay at all? I feel like I would enjoy this a lot more if someone can provide a bit of context. If it is a private company's canteen, how are they allowed him to film these and release them to public?? And who is making these hash browns, and the beans gravy, do we get to see that part too????
It's rare that an exhaust extraction fan would blow out, the industrial ones would be much more sturdy and made to run heavy duty cycles compared to residential ones for hoods. I've never had one burn out, but I've had it stop working. Sometimes you can reset and get it working again by cutting power to the motor, for example circuit breaker toggling, and sometimes it gets it working again. I've had the issue before happen where it would stop working completely, even indicator lights would not come on, I thought the whole thing was burnt. When I toggled the breaker off for few minutes and back on again, it worked as if nothing happened. That's what I would try, there is nothing to lose.

Well, fresh mince smash burgers are definitely better. To be honest i haven't had one of these cheap and cheerful burgers for a long time, and I have to say the seasoning is really good, just don't ask what they are made of (95% beef, but who knows what part)👌😀👍

Some people mentioned in some other videos that this is a staff canteen at Heathrow airport and I believe the staff gets good food at lower prices and general public is not allowed.
Well that's a sure food poisoning risk, frozen burger patties on a grill and hoping they'll defrost cook to proper temp in the middle before the outside burns. Don't do that.

It's a work canteen and not free. You don't see the cash part because the other staff do it
