I'm running Windows 10 Pro on an old PC and able to successfully connect. It took me over and hour I think. So first you need to drop the Zip folder onto your PC. Once you do that make sure you properly download the driver 64. And then install the software. Also make sure that you have connected your USB cable to the port on the back of the PC. Once I had installed the driver correct and made those changes it connect easily once I clicked the connect button. My biggest issue though was making sure that they driver connected and the fact that I had not dropped the entire zip folder on my PC. Hope this helps as I have not seen any other info in English that has helped me with the DAJA J6.
