In this episode, we step into the shoes of a secondary four student as he navigates his own mental health and overcome the numerous challenges that come with his mental health struggles. We hope that through this episode, more light can be shed regarding mental health in youths, and that more can be done to alleviate youths who may still be facing mental health struggles.
