Thank you! There's a lot of flavors going on but they work together to create a comforting curry, which I'll share next week. Have a nice weekend 😊

What a goldmine this channel is. I'm equally obsessed with Thai cuisine so this is right up my alley.

Your red curry paste has been life-changing! I can’t wait to try this one and the green. Do you think you’ll do a yellow curry paste video, or possibly more curry pastes that I might not know about? Any recipes for how to use them would also be amazing. I divide mine into tablespoon-sized portions and freeze them so I can pull out a couple of cubes for when I make red curry chicken. I would love to have all kinds of curry pastes frozen and available like that. Thank you so much for this one!

I'm glad you like the red curry paste and thank you for trying it. I plan to do other uncommon curry paste videos in the future, including yellow curry. I'll be posting how to making Massaman Curry using this paste next weekend. Most curry pastes do well frozen. I also do something similar.

Another great video. A cliff hanger really. Looking forward to the dish u do with this.
I would love to get a wok like yours. Could you tell us the brand name or where you got it?

Thank you so much for watching. I get asked a lot about this pan. I got this many years ago from a small Asian grocery store that is no longer around. It was sold just like this, without any packaging. There's no branding on it as well unfortunately. If I come across it again, I'll let the community here know.

Wonderful video! I would have never imagined a cooking channel could be so relaxing and informative at the same time. If I can ask a question, I'd like to know if adding oil to the paste is a common practice in Thailand or your personal innovation.

Looks like the best recipe on RUclips tbh.
How many tbsp of curry paste per serving would you say?

That looks fantastic, I miss Massaman the most among all the Thai dishes. Is this paste something you can make in a large batch and keep for multiple uses? How long could you keep this paste, and how would you recommend keeping it? Thank you!

Thank you so much Choy Man! It's one of my favorite curries because of all of the dried spices used, that's typically not found in Thai curries. Have a nice weekend.
