    1) Be obsessed with knowing the answers to every question, like truly grasp it.
    2) Usually you struggle if you don't know the fundamentals of that problem/concept. Maths builds on prior knowledge.
4)Ask questions. Dont be afraid of feeling stupid. Ask specific questions.

I love Ur honesty which is so true ! Success in math in most cases has to do with a mindset and attitude shift.Up-to -date study guides or additional resources apart from ur required textbook often explain the material much better which further facilitate and expedite ur learning, understanding nd retention.Thosse r sometimes expensive but worth the additional expense!!!!! Pass papers also direct ur studing well!
Top students and professors make use of the latest publications!many top achievers more often than not r just better equipped , ahead and even more 'obsessed' than their classmates.I wouldn't say they were born 'a math brain'
many r just diligent and steadfast learners.
Just like those that spend more time with novels Nd even read a classic more than once Nd even go as far to use a dictionary at the same time too r usually better readers, writers and speakers
Everything in life requires time ,energy and effort, especially when u want to stand out from the rest!

I'm in school and I'm struggling with math so hard because i didn't learn math earlier and we also rarely had permanent math teachers so we often didn't have math classes.. Not understanding math makes me feel scared for my future because I know that math will be more complicated in college and I don't even know the basics and therefore it may be very tricky for me to make it to the end of college and hence I won't get a job and will be unemployed and that means miserable life for the rest of my life. At least this is what my mindset looks like and I know that this is wrong and not always true but I can't change that, understanding a little bit of math will make me feel more secure. I'm going to get serious about math, i hope I'll do better by the end of this school year. Thanks for this video, I enjoyed it thoroughly !

Mine was the later and so I loved math a lot in school and in engineering as well, I was not good in early days but was made a math master in the end by my high school teacher.

I stuggled with math so bad through highschool because i never could apply the knowledge to anything i was doing in life at the time. Fast forward to my electrical career and plant operator career and i not only understand math but i enjoy it. Its literally all the same stuff they tried to teach me in highschool too which is crazy.

The only type of rewarding feeling I’ve gotten from a math-like course was when I took Elementary Logic in undergrad. It’s more philosophically related, but there are equations with symbols that you have to use to figure out an argument and whether it’s logical or not. The feeling I got when I finally figured out how to do the equations and how fun it was to just do practice problems in the book, felt really good. I’ve always had difficulty in math and was told that I had a learning deficit in math, but I noticed that I was just never interested in trying to accomplish it like I was with logic. If I went into math with the same motivation, I’m sure I could do it and it would feel just as rewarding

There is no short way to learn math if you can't figure out were the problem is coming from, also "discovering yourself first before one challenge math give you boldness to win math"

I think truly the funniest thing here is I do ask questions on this level. I will always state what I already know so someone doesn't mention it again and then I'll ask questions about the part I don't understand. The real problem I have or even had are that the people I asked wasn't smart enough to understand the question and why I stated it the way I did. The things that I do I need to pay for information and even after paying these people that knows how to do it, just do not know how to explain it.

Solving a math problem is for me a real pleasure. I started really loving math when I was 10 years old. Trying to prove for example that the center of gravity, the orthocenter and the center of the circumscribed circle of a triangle are aligned (on Euler's line) was a challenge for me and I was very happy to solve this problem! Furthermore, you know that once you have demonstrated a theorem, this theorem will be true for the eternity, as this is just the essence of math ! Even a computer cannot do better than humans in this domain. For example, with a computer you can try to verify Fermat's great theorem for very big numbers, but you will never be sure that it will not be false for even bigger numbers. Only a human was able to prove this theorem for all imaginable numbers (and even beyond!). You have also probably noticed that math, although being based on abstract constructions, can describe our everyday world with a very good accuracy. For this reason, I believe that math is just what God gave us to be able to understand the beauty of his creation.

As someone studying maths, further maths and physics as my A level subjects I understand the pain of spending half an hour on a question only to find out I got it wrong 😔
