It's so fascinating to me how this game was both beautiful and comedic. It was like the perfect blend of comedic relief and awe. I really can't think of another series or existing IP that managed to capture that same energy
I remember back in the days being a schoolkid in... what was it, 2004? Hard times, both at school and home. Things got better since but this game really brought some magic into my life amid all the hardships back then. Memories!
This game's soundtrack is so good! Just wanted to say thank you so much for making these; especially for including the SFX, they add so much atmosphere to the tracks. Listening to these helped me through writing essays all night.
Man you're so right, when I saw the Unreal Engine 4 demo with the music I almost cried at the beauty and the dreamy melodies that reach deep into my heart. A game that I shall never forget till I die.
Wow, listening to this feels like I'm playing the game again;🥺 I haven't played it in so long, I definitely will again one day; Thank you so much for uploading these soundscapes, it's so nice to hear a mix of all the songs based on individual parts of the game;☺️
This game Is so good, the soundtrack is one of the most technically advanced I've ever heard, it still holds up extremely well. The composers were very good at portraying the exact feeling of every level, it's almost frighteningly accurate. And lastly, the songs in this level are so dreamlike, especially the one when you finally see the Council itself. Or the one where you are on the flying car shooting while globox drives, it sounds sooo cool. Such a masterpiece, I can't highlight enough how the music is like 70% of the experience.
Well, someone is a freakin genius for bringing this up! Thanks, man, feel very good with your series of videos, definitely one of my fav channels for now XD
Sends chills down my spine. Takes me back to a time of comfort, without worry and hopeful dreams. Plume Leonard is a hidden gem of a composer and should make so much more stuff like this.
Whenever I hear "Searching for Globox" immediately the feeling of nostalgia makes me want to cry and go back to the times when I played Rayman 3 on my XBOX360 as a child... man the soundtrack of this game is just beautiful
Rayman 3 is my favourite game and I've been using your videos to read for almost a year now. Having them separated by maps is really useful. Thank you so much for your work! 💖
Awesome tracks,I don't know how to say but it's A W E S O M E I'm reaaaaaly verrrryyyy big fan of Rayman and his games or music, his levels and all.... reminds me of my childhood.....Also Rayman 3 is THE BEST GAME EVER IN RAYMAN AND IN VIDEO GAME WORLD!!!! I love this video!!
I have an unique story to tell about this level and rayman 3 I had this game on Xbox back around when I was under 10 and I could never get past the first part of clear leaf forest. Yeah its embarrassing to say that I couldn't beat the waterfall climb, it was to hard for me to mash A as a kid... Eventually my disc got so scratched it couldn't be prepared, and I guess I didn't think to just ask if I could buy a new copy of the game, because I was hell bent on fixing my old one. Most games I would forget about and move on when I couldn't beat them as a kid, but this one was very different. the game left a Massive life lasting impression on me, that first level and Rayman's unique vibe and look were so impactful on a scale that other games never accomplished before, I was so invested in this phantasy world and these phantasy characters alone that I made it a never ending goal to finish the game. It took me years. but I finally got the HD version on Xbox 360 and finished the game! Then soon after I grab the game on other systems to boot, specifically a new copy for the OG Xbox, finally filling that promise I made all those years ago. before getting the HD release, I played origins and legends, and doodled in raving Rabbids, so I already was a big fan of Rayman. but Playing Rayman 3 was the most enchanting experience I had in a while. Rayman is one of my favorite game series and Rayman 3 is one of my favorite games, Its atmosphere and world alone is one of the most beautiful things I've seen in gaming, and I've been Playing it ever since. I was thinking of getting my original copy fixed as a sentimental piece, even though the case is missing. the fairy council is so magical and nostalgic that it stuck with me for ever since then and hasn't disappeared.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one that struggled with the Clearleaf Forest waterfall as a kid. Now when I replay it I'm thinking "Oh no, this part...Wait, it's already over?" I also finished the game pretty late too despite playing it when it was new, I got up to one of the last levels where you're driving the hovercar with Globox and I gave up on it for many years and didn't beat the game properly until about 2011, so around when Origins was about to come out. This game really has an unmatched atmosphere, style, soundtrack and is still fun to go back and play. It remains one of my favorites to this day!
The english spoken voices ruined Rayman for me. We were always used to the fantasy language. They first integrated VA with Rayman Revolution on ps2. The pc and dreamcast version of 2 are the best there is. Everything after aside from Rayman M and a few gba games is bad and annoying. Creatively it became ruined. Agree or not it's the truth.
"Rayman, you truly are the best"
9:24 it's just chills, can't describe. Nostalgia in another level.
I know how you feel.
the song that gives me the most nostalgia is the following, which is basically a more complete and better known version of this song
It's so fascinating to me how this game was both beautiful and comedic. It was like the perfect blend of comedic relief and awe. I really can't think of another series or existing IP that managed to capture that same energy
a sweet and magic door to nostaligia indeed

thank you! I thought so too :)
Just did the same, writing my 3k-word essay on project management at 3AM with these kinds of music hit differently. Very inspiring and calming.
Writing an essay right now!! XD
I'd give my left kidney for a new 3D Rayman game
Man you're so right, when I saw the Unreal Engine 4 demo with the music I almost cried at the beauty and the dreamy melodies that reach deep into my heart. A game that I shall never forget till I die.
Not gonna happen though, sadly. 😢
I'll take this man's kidney
What about the right kidney?

I absolutely love this game! It's too bad the Rayman franchise went to shit after it.
I close my eyes, imagining i'm in my old room again playing rayman 3 on the ps2 with some cola and crisps not worrying about a damn thing 😌

Boy if Rayman 4 will be.......
This is one of the very few sections of the game that genuinely felt magical. Like watching shooting stars in the pond.

It's just pretty beautiful listen to this game's soundtrack while in the background you can listen to it's ambience and some reverberance
Thanks you so much for this ! All the OST from the Fairy Council are so great and unique, the peoples who created this are so talented !

The way these soundscapes are presented add to the magic. Good stuff.
man, its beautiful.
I wish someone at Ubisoft could see the value in making Rayman 4 ..
They saw the value in those shitty rabbids. Somehow.
