Just an idea why dont you include a roof gutter system to catch the rain water into the water tanks I this this would be a great idea and you could have a simple gutter system built into the roof design it just make sense, I dont know why no one has thought about this yet, "just saying".

Where is the cook top.
It's a portable induction cooktop. This way you have plenty of room for prep and can put the portable induction cooktop where it suits you :)
