What made you suspect it was the EEPROM rather than something else, say a short? Or was it just the first thing to try, before moving it other options? (If you're answering questions... here's another: How would one get the manufacturer firmware/files for a certain device? [A coded answer would be fine if you need to be a little secretive.])
Or if you can't answer in general, I'm trying to debug a Samsung UN50AU8000FXZA w/ boot loop but no display, though the boot loop disappears (but no image appears) if I remove the cable to one side's lcd driver/scaler board.)

on the mainboard it's just 1 eeprom connected to controller .
the others eeprom it's just for hdmi and other input connectors
I've a refurbished UE40H5500 that isn't saving settings. When I turn on, it reminds an old network settings. I think that the problem is the eeprom, did you have the binary file for this model?
@repo apps, hi, I have a problem, with a UN65NU7100 Samsung Smart Tv. I bought my TV in Colombia, then I took it to Mexico, in Mexico the air antenna didn't work. I found a video that said how to enter the service menu, into the service menu I changed the region and the screen turned black. Now just turn on the Samsung logo and then the black screen. Do you know about these types of problems?
you have change the region in service mode so the mainboard doesn't reorganize the t-con , the solution that's you must reprogramming the eeprom 24c512 .

I have the same TV. When I plug it in, the red light comes on. When I press the power button, the red light flashes but there is no image on the screen.
Please advice what could be a malfunction, motherboard or power board.

hello :
- open tv
- disconnect the wire connected on mainboard coming from power supply.
- plug 🔌 the power.
- then see if the backlight is on .
- if it's on that's mean the power supply is ok and the backlight is ok
so the problem coming from mainboard.
- and if no backlight so that's mean problem comes from power supply.

turn on the monitor without cable vga and see if the screen is on ?
@@repoapps yes, when i turn on monitor without cable, everything work propertly, monitor ask me to plug VGA or HDMI cable, when is no clable plugged into monitor, monitor goes to "sleep mode" as it should.
open tv and send me picture of mainboard, this problem is always repeated in samsung monitor.
