    Did you balance the cells before assembly? I just bought some Liitokala brand 32700's for an E200 scooter upgrade and their page says "DIY battery pack must get the cells balanced before assembly."

    How much were the batteries? Its like $40 for stock ones

    Good job I'm going to try and upgrade mine just like you did. I've installed a 300watt controller, variable twist throtle, and motor already but my battery crapped out so I'd like to install some better batteries, this seems like the way to go. Will this setup work with the stock deck? What size heatshrink did you use? The link you put doesn't have the size.
