You can try expressing your feelings in another way (writing, singing, drawing), maybe this will make it easier to understand what you are feeling and once you do that you can actually talk about it. Also, it gets easier over time, the more you try to understand your feelings and talk about them with someone, the less uncomfortable it will be next time.

i really want them to have a discussion about being introverted. Remus being an introvert is kinda obvious. For Lily I feel like she's the kind of introvert who has a nice social life and hangs out with others but she needs time to recharge alone. She loves people and spending time with people but for her relaxing means just making a cup of tea and reading a book. (also considering their friend group has Sirius and James aka the two most extroverted persons ever it would make a pretty interesting video)

It's like I came to my favorite aunty and uncle with a problem, and they sat me down, cup of tea in hand and made me listen to them in the most loving way possible.
