- Here’s a small list of things I have done to my 535i, the great thing about this engine is that the parts are not too expensive and it will make the car fun to drive a lot more… a lot more content coming soon and follow my ig!!

Car looks fire! 1 question tho how come you didn’t get a 550i with the V8 or a 335i with the same engine as this one? Just curious because of the power to weight ratio. I’m sure it doesn’t put all the power down due to the weight.
Thanks and money at the time, and I had no choice, but 335 are more commonly modded compared to the 535, and I wanted a good starter car, and it makes enough power to enjoy

Yea downpipe will be a HUGE difference, I was only muff and res delete before also

I bought the m sport bumper to make it fit, and no link but the website is ninte
Ya know, all that engine stuff can be skipped by adding performance the old fashioned way. Just swap the stock cam for a sport cam and have a mechanic install it and make sure the lobes are positioned correctly. From there, take it to a good tuner so the cam can be programmed and coded with your car and BAM! big power, on stock internals. Cost should be around $2-3k total.

With the down pipe will the car still pass smog? I’ve seen people throw the down pipe and it throws the check engine light on and advise ?
Probably not pass smog, and that’s bc you need a tune to clear the engine light

Mine was a base model stock but I converted it to m sport now, and I’m pretty sure ewg is anything 2014 and after so before 2014 is all pwg
