@Nilesh, Sales is just mere numbers if the product quality and after sale service are abysmal. Sleepwell has become Sleephell! I am a victim of Sleepwells false claims and inferior quality. I bought a Nexa Pro Luxury mattress during Dussera and the mattress started sagging within a week of purchase giving us back ache . After multiple attempts to raise a complaint we could get the dealer to raise the same after 3.5 weeks. Inspite of writing to you , you did not have the time to respond. As the saying goes " Yatha Raja Tatha Praja" As is the king so are the subjects. Your team just reflects your attitude towards customer support. HOPE YOU REALIZE THAT A GOOD PRODUCT AND A GOOD AFTER SALES SIPPORT BRINGS IN SALES AND NOT MERE TALKS IN THIN AIR.
