The whole message was LIT, and here are my highlights:
I. INSECURITY
A. If we feel that something is not secure, we secure it ourselves.
B. Somewhere along the way, trust was broken that's why you don't trust anybody. You're insecure now and you try to secure yourself for you not to be hurt anymore.. you don't try anymore.
II. STEWARDSHIP
A. God wants to take us to a whole 'nother level of being blessed, but you need to be a good steward of the now.
B. Today matters. Be a good steward of today. Stewardship is in the present.. not the future.
III. STEWARD VS SECURE
A. You should know you are just a manager and not an owner of whatever it is that God has given you.
B. Everything that you have right now is by the grace of God. Always acknowledge Him.
"Maybe it's not the best for us to secure the bag, but maybe it's better for us to steward the bag". 🙏

My name is Shyanne, I went to "Aunties and big cousins house" I had my trust taken away, ive only been faithful in one relationship and its the one I'm in now and his Name is David and he came in my life not too long ago, 8 years older but fatherly and protective of me more than anyones ever been. ANYHOW you said I'm here to help somebody this is why you introduce yourself as shy when your insecure, no YOU USED TO BE SHY you said NO YOU USED TO GO OUT AND DO THINGS but you had trust taken away, and what do you do when you have trust taken away ? you secure. When I'm scared I introduce myself as "Hi, I'm shy" instead of " Hi I'm SHYANNE" so thank you for just showing me god still has my back every step of the way and hes here to heal me through others if I cant hear him. Honey... I am so sorry for what happened. I don't know if you've ever watched pastor Mike's preaching on God giving us a new heart. It touched me so much and I hope that it would mean something to you too.
This is my current constant prayer, and I pray the same for you. That God will give you a NEW heart, because our old hearts are worn and torn... and we don't want a heart full of patchwork, but a heart in perfect condition.
And when he gives us a new heart, he fills it with HIS love, because our love is tainted by past hurts, and insecurities, and anger, and selfishness, and unforgivess. The list goes on. But his love is PERFECT. And he gives it freely to us.

Jesus is truly overwhelming and powerful in speaking to us. Yesterday I was watching random youtube videos and saw this on the suggested below. And just felt like God was telling me to watch it. And this is on a whole other level of “exactly what I needed to hear.” I have been waiting for my next job opportunity and trying to overcome the job I currently hate. But I also feel like God has been giving me so much wisdom and telling to me to write a book. And that we can work AND work on our passion. I’m gonna write this book Lord and be a steward to your faithfulness. I can’t wait to see what you have for me Jesus. God is so powerful and overflowing. He is TOO much. All He needs is a little from us and in return He gives us A LOT. Thank you Lord.

Girl, do it! I’ve been consistently giving 10% for the last several months! When I look at the amount going just to tithing...I’m like dang, that’s a big number🤦🏽♀️🤣 BUT when I tell you, everything gets paid every month!! Sometimes I have money left over and can’t understand how. Lol! I read that verse about rebuking the devour. In that text, I don’t think it’s referenching the enemy at all...but it’s references every other thing that will take ur money instead. I’m also no longer tight fist with it-so if someone ask me for money who appears to be homeless, I give it to them. I also attribute tithing to serving in church-I’ve only been consistent with the 2 for a few months, but sis I’m trying to tell you. It’s not about tithing bc you want more money, but because you want to rebuke what will come take it anyway. This is moreso about obedience. I know, we have student loans, bills etc., but God was like; are you gone trust me, or trust your own ability!? When I got that revelation, I started letting go more...
Maybe you can have it deducted from your check before you get it so you don't miss it. Kind of like how our taxes are taken out.

Giving back makes a difference y’all... lone year he had this old man on here talking and I started giving and my world started changing in 2018. In this past year God has provided and gave like never before. Being a single mother 200.00 a month is a lot but now I have gained more!!!! From a Godly man that has been a blessing to my kids and I to movement in my job!!!! We serve a great God!!! Thanks pastor Todd

From 30:06-30:38 that was for meeeeeeee! I had a job but left due to me transferring schools plus they were thinking of letting people go and before left I applied to jobs so I could have a back up. I went through the interview and assessments and everything and they were saying that I got it basically sort of. But they never called and picked up the phone when I would call them but this one day they answered and told me they couldn’t bring anybody on right now but that they would call me. So I’ve been holding out kind of on applying to jobs because I was looking for God to do it but I wasn’t working for it. I wasn’t pushing. So I needed to hear that. Thank you Pastor Mike

There’s nothing wrong with moving to be in an on fire church with some on fire peeps. People move for much shallower reasons all the time.
The spiritual culture we put ourselves in is absolutely critical. My family moved to a different state for work about 8 years ago, and found ourselves in an awesome church.
I was not an immature believer but I (and my family) have grown in many unexpected and unforeseen ways.

I've been frustrated lately and continually asking God wht am I supposed to do. I'm 24 yrs old and 5 months pregnant and I'm stuck in a cycle of worries about financial instability. Heck, I even worry about my parents and sisters tht I alwys secure their future by havin' this mindset tht I should b the 'man of the house'. I only have like a few money in my bag tht I'm scared to steward on. I decided this mornin' to put God first like I used to bfore, and listend to Him. It's an answered prayer! I feel like all these concrete blocks on my shoulders were lifted up. God's just waitin' fr me to look bck at Him - the only real provider.
