Me playing the organ at Hope Methodist Church in Derbyshire.
I am not sure of who the builder of the organ was or when it was installed but I believe it might have been Brindley and Foster of Sheffield for a house. The church history states that the building was enlarged in 1926 so the organ might have been installed here then. At some point - probably in the 1960s - the church was refurbished and the organ concealed behind an ornamental grille. The specification reads:

With the area being called 'Hope' I thought the hymn "All my hope on God is founded" would be ideal so here it is to the tune 'Michael' which I am playing from the Methodist hymnal 'Hymns and Psalms'.
