Fantastic video. This channel is great, it has a lot of original ideas. Also, that last exercise works well with a stick or PVC pipe between the knees.
Thank you so much for these 2 videos on SI joint. I have a question, should I do the mobilization exercises if my si joint is too mobile or should I just do the stabilization exercises in video 2? Thank you so much again for sharing your brilliant knowledge.
Amazing vid thank you! Is there any way to find out if someone has hyper or hypo mobile SIJ related to their pain? If someone has had previous spinal fusion (high risk factor for SIJ) would you be more inclined to think they have stiff or unstable SIJ?
Good video. The clipping audio was painful, but the info you imparted was worth it. Thanks!!

Yes I explain that in my video - have another listen. Go for the stabilization over the mobility
Thank you very much

Hi I have a question if patient is obese then how we can guide him/her AP glide (4 point)
My pain is in the left SIJ, I suppose I need to the opposite as shown in the video?
how to tell if someone's SIJ is too loose (need strengthening) or too tight (need mobilization)?
