If this didnt work for you, the issue may be that your AMD graphics card is disabled. i was trying to fix it for days, but realised the graphic card was the problem lol. go to device manager and enable it
Thanks this solved my audio issue along with charging problem. The driver updater helped me update my outdated drivers. Didn't knew that I had outdated drivers.
my solution was / Device Manager, Digital Media Devices, Uninstall TV. / the problem is that there was no communication between the TV and Video card high definition sound. HDMI
I saw the second method but I don't have the options of things that she has because I has Nvidia and I thought I had to remove them completely to use Realtek but something isn't right about the Realtek driver I installed cus it says Realtek something something not Realtek (r) audio and I also have another one that is Nvidia which is the same Luke Realtek something something so I don't know what to do because I definitely know I have the wrong audio drivers and I have no other way of removing them because when I restart my pc they come back and even before I removed the other Nvidia things I still couldn't hear any audio
