I feel encouraged by today's show 😭😭I was feeling restless and didn't go to work today because I'am facing challenges in my business. Then this episode shows up and you are speaking the exact words that I needed to hear. I began a business from scratch, worked very hard to grow it . And when the business broke even, I left my brother to manage the business as I went out to go open another business at a different location. My brother was to manage on my behalf and we agreed on his payment and profit sharing. But one year later. My brother blocks me out of my business and even hurt me physically I visited the shop store and stopped banking my profits. I felt hurt and felt like it was a big mistake to do business with family in the first place. Because I can't talk to my own brother right now. But after listening to this show, I feel like I can stop thinking about the past and keep on investing.

When he first visited us at UON school of business, I thought he was just a kawaida life coach. The talk he gave in that conference inspired me. I started a small business connecting students to Landlords and ladies. Today am still doing Real estate freelancing looking forward to having my own firm some day.

It's 1am and instead of watching a movie, ended up watching this great content. Am so, inspired and was about to give up on my business. Had a shop before covid, could not afford anymore and have been doing alot of walking delivering to clients Sell inner garments n now trusting in God for provision n a shop At 59 years, am grateful to God for the strength to walk 10,000 steps almost everyday. I really honour George. The first time I met him was in copenhagen. He presented himself and said that he was available 24 hours. Something just told me to make an effort to go and see him and sure he was there waiting patiently. I briefly presented myself to him and everything was a smooth flow. Now I wanted to buy a plot but I was very low economically, he told me casually, if you want a plot I will help you. He asked me how much I had to book the plot. I was very embarrassed even to tell him how much I could afford. But anyway I told him between me and poverty I had only 200 danish kroner!!!!! He looked at me and smiled and then he removed a map and put it on the table and said, muthoni this is the map of garden of joy, there are only 2 people that have booked and I will make you the third person and I’m gonna book you with 200 kr but remember this is a challenge for you, I will not rush you, just start slowly and pay at your pace. He really challenged me. He chose one of the best place for me. I was really challenged and i decided to work hard to acquire that plot. I started paying slowly and within one year, I was done and recieved my tittle!!!! After that I have become optiven family. Thank you George for your humbleness and helping us to believe on ourselves.
Was working for Hope FM when I 1st met George. He encouraged me to buy my 1st 50 x100. One thing I admire about him-Dude believes in his brand and work...His brand foundation is laid on solid rock...This guy can sell you a pencil and you will buy it...well done Sir George!
This man is soo inspiring and encouraging.. In his introduction he does not say he is the CEO, he says he works with optiven, humbling.
I started hearing about Optiven when I was still a young girl on Hope FM, I dreamt about owning a property with them and finally the dream was materialized, I hope to build one day. I have also read his books except the new one, just learnt about it on the show. George Wachiuri is a big deal...
My take home is "how can I make my customers smile?" In business the more your customers smile, the more referral, the more business.😊

This is a wonderful, enouraging and very inspirational interview. I met George and his lovely wife in Washington DC a few months ago and he is a genuinely humble gentleman. Am a proud investor with Optiven after losing millions to 3 other real estate companies in Kenya and had lost hope of investing in Kenya. Well done Lynn and congratulations on your new adventures.
this has really encouraged me as a single mum, i have been scared for a long time if i can raise my kid to be a better person, now i believe can.
My take is the level of Integrity and character and Humility that Mr.and Mrs Wachiuri carries. You will go far by the Grace of God.

Am a beneficiary.I had invested on two green houses at 580,000 .The day they called saying they would refund,I thought it was a hoax but am glad I got it back.I have since bought other plots in Nanyuki.

This conversation brought up so many feelings in me. His beliefs on life, marriage and how organisations should run like a well oiled machine without the founder present, is exactly how I think. I have held these beliefs since I was a teenager, lived that way upto my 30s. Sad to say it was beaten out of me by the adults , elders, mentors in my life until I let that line of thinking go. So, even if the fire has gone out of me, I am happy to see that I had the right perspective and that it did work out fro him. I will definitely buy taht book for my children. Thank you both

Wow! This man is amazing and he has ancouraged me 🙏 Lynn in every episode you are bringing is a blessing for many heart broken people! I personally I have suffered with depression for very long but God's grace is still make me move on.. I was saving 10bob daily and I managed to open my salon, I did just aslight mistake of trusting a stranger who turned to a jobless 😭I Los everything I worked for over 10yrs in 1day am now job less but I believe God will make a way! My miscarriage taught me God's plans
My infertility to fertility natural taught me God is my key to unlock my uterus.
Being dumped by BF's into 💔 taught me which wasn't meant to you isn't yours.
Being born preterm has taught me I'm normal courtesy of Doc. Google.
Being dyslexia taught me, im not good in books but by God's wisdom I'm good in practicals.
Abstinence & still waiting for Mr. left at 34yrs taught me to say NO to contraceptives.
Hardwork has taught me to say NO to sponsors.
Having NO kid has taught me to love my niece & nephews and to love children regardless of what their mothers abuse.
Self love has taught me to eat healthy & skin scrubbing.
Lynn i don't care how much my employees were less paying my salary coz I was infertile but I choose to forgive & tell God you're my History rewriter. I sing chini ya maji gospel songs coz I write them plus poems.

At some point I thought this is the man that conned hundreds of unsuspecting individuals on fake greenhouse millions until I googled recently and confirmed indeed he is not the one. I trust him as a great role model.
